Every Penny is Critical to Continuing our Work!

Springfield Kitty Cat Shack Rescue is a 100% volunteer-based rescue with all proceeds going to the care of the cats and kittens in our care. We intentionally keep our adoption fees as low as possible so that we can get as many fur babies into their forever homes as possible. These adoption fees offset, but by no means cover, the amount of money we have spent on each cat or kitten, and the costs of keeping our rescue running.

When it comes to the care of hundreds of rescued cats and kittens every year, the costs of food, litter, and vet bills can go into the thousands of dollars and this is before considering the ones who may have special needs or require additional medical attention. Every penny is critical to their very survival and thankfully, every penny is 100% tax deductible
